Ever to Conquer is a video-first podcast that takes an unfiltered look at the realities of public sector technology. The show examines why government technology initiatives struggle, how inefficiencies take root, and what leaders across government and industry are doing to drive meaningful change. I’m the lead producer of Ever to Conquer, and I partnered directly with the client to launch the show from the ground up. From day one, I shaped the podcast’s format, visual identity, and production approach, and I continue to manage the full production of each episode across audio, video, and social platforms.

My Role

As producer and video editor, I manage the full production of the show and am directly responsible for how each episode sounds, looks, and performs across platforms. Here’s how I contribute:

• Show Development & Launch: I collaborated directly with the client to build the podcast from scratch, defining the show’s structure, tone, and format and designing its full video and visual identity.

• Production Management: I oversee episode production from recording through release, coordinating timelines and ensuring each episode is delivered on schedule.

• Video and Audio Editing: I handle all video and audio editing for the podcast, shaping episodes for clarity, pacing, and impact while maintaining a consistent tone and visual style.

• Guest Scheduling & Coordination: I manage all guest scheduling, communication, and recording logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

  Social & Promotional Assets: I create all promotional materials for the show, including graphics and short-form social videos designed to extend each episode’s reach and engagement.
