My Role: Producer
Year Started: 2025
Overview
The Hybrid Identity Protection (HIP) Podcast is the premier podcast for cybersecurity professionals responsible for defending hybrid identity environments from cyberattacks. Hosted by 15-year MVP alumnus Sean Deuby, the show features in-depth conversations with global identity experts, offering both strategic insight and practical guidance on securing Active Directory and Entra ID, preventing identity-based attacks, and recovering from identity system compromises.
I joined the podcast in August 2025 as the lead producer during a pivotal transition, spearheading the show’s evolution into a full video podcast. Since then, I have overseen the complete production workflow, helping scale the show’s visual presence while ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across audio and video platforms.
My Role
As lead producer, I own the full episode production lifecycle and manage the operational backbone of the show, with a focus on video-forward execution and scalable workflows. Here's how I contribute:
End-to-End Episode Production: I manage production for each episode from recording through release, ensuring timelines, quality, and consistency across deliverables.
Guest Scheduling & Communication: I manage all guest scheduling, communication, and recording logistics to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
Social & Promotional Assets: I create all social assets for each episode, including graphics and short-form social videos designed to extend reach and engagement.
Workflow & Production Management
I manage and continuously refine the production workflow across editors and deliverables, ensuring efficiency, clear communication, and reliable output as the show scales.
